Course Articulation Agreement Details as of October 2007. All existing Articulation Agreements are under review. On November 1st, 2007 at 4pm at Hartnell College, an Articulation Workshop will be hosted by the Statewide Career Pathways Project, Hartnell's Tech Prep officer, and Mission Trails ROP. Hartnell College and local high schools have in place, course articulation agreements. These course articulation agreements enable high school students to receive either college credit or a course waiver for completion of courses at the high school level that are comparable to courses offered at Hartnell College. Articulated credit can only be earned through the credit-by-examination process. Furthermore, any earned articulated course credit will be identified as such on a student's academic record.
