A comprehensive survey
of modern astronomy stressing scientific method and interpretation of NASA data
in discovering the nature of our Solar System and the Universe. Planetarium demonstrations and telescope
observations are included. Suitable for students from all
majors and acceptable for physical science credit at any state college or
university. Lab requirement can be satisfied when combined with AST 1L.
