Cross Country Men’s and Women’s team travel to the pristine
The team has an incredible
time there each year, along with the fun comes an intense training
including the infamous Old Coast Road long run, the challening Ridge Trail climbing from sea level to 1000 feet in as little as two miles. and an evening “Glow stick” run among others. This yearly trip to

FRIDAY Ridge Trail Run-Men (10-12 miles)
Bluff Trail Run-Women (7-9 miles)
(Awesome views of secuded white sand beaches)
(Paradise just 26 miles from Hartnell!)

SATURDAY Old Coast Road Long Run (13-16 miles)
(Start of the first uphill...average time 23 minutes to the top)
(Coming down is much more fun!)
Molera Horseback Riding

East Molera Trail Hike (4 miles)
