This past summers’ football camp was a huge success. 65 participants enjoyed a 4 day event that included instruction in offensive and defensive technique in most all positions. In addition, the campers were given awards for there outstanding efforts. Competitive drills were conducted such as relay races, agility drills, timed sprints and a variety of other fun events. During the second portion of each day the campers were able to play flag football games, which made the entire camp a very entertaining experience. On the final day, they received a lunchtime BAR-B-QUE. Finally, some campers were given footballs as awards for their overall sportsmanship and for winning the skill competitions.
We look forward to the 2009 summer Hartnell College football Camp which will be held on July 13th. Pre-registration will begin soon. The times have changes so we can increase the number of participants. We will begin each day at 9:00am and finish at 1:00pm.
