Boys Soccer Camp (ages 6-18)

Take your soccer skills to a higher level!!!  The goal at Hartnell College Summer SoccerCamp is to get you the best training and the most fun you can imagine.  Soccer drills and training techniques will dramatically improve your game performance.  We go over every aspect of the game and show you the latest techniques in proper warm up, small-sided games, dribbling/juggling, movement off ball, shooting and securing, heading, passing and ball control, free kicks and goal keeping.  Take your soccer skills to the next level this summer.
Wear appropriate soccer gear and shin guards.  Please bring a towel, water bottle and snacks.

Boys Baseball Camp (ages 7-12)

Develop and improve fundamental skills in the 2009 Annual Hartnell Baseball Camp. From throwing and catching to fielding and batting, each camper will gain advanced teaching with our small player-to-coach ratio. Learn the importance of tactical situations on both the offensive and defensive sides of the field as well as conditioning and stretching.
Please bring baseball shoes, glove, bat, sweatshirt, water bottle and a snack. Label all equipment.

Basketball Camps (ages 7-18)

Looking for an exciting week during your summer vacation?

Hartnell Basketball Camps are a great place for any young basketball player who is looking to improve his/her skills, work hard, make new friends and have fun!  Campers at our Basketball Camps will develop all of their basketball skills - shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defense.  Hartnell Basketball Camps immerse your child in the sport, giving them the kind of focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement. Over the course of these 20-hour camps, self-confidence will grow along with skills and overall appreciation of the game.  Participants will be divided by age and skill level.
Campers should wear shorts, t-shirts, and basketball shoes.  Please bring a towel, water bottle and snacks.

This summer your child can develop and improve all their fundamental skills in the 2008 Hartnell Softball Camp. From throwing and catching to fielding and batting, each camper will gain advanced teaching of the fundamentals with our smaller player-to-coach ratio. Learn the importance of conditioning, stretching, and tactical situations on both the offensive and defensive sides of the field.
Register Early! Camp can only accommodate the first 50 registrations.

Volleyball Camp (ages 7-18)

Register now for the 2009 Hartnell Volleyball Camp!!!   Campers learn strategy, offense, defense, terminology, and conditioning skills.  There will be daily games, drills on serving, hitting, setting, digging, and team activities and specialized clinics for serving, hitting, and setting.
Participants should bring workout gear, knee pads, towel, water bottle and snacks.

Tennis Camp for Kids (ages 7-14)


Summer Tennis Camp is for junior players of all experience levels.  Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, this camp will improve your tennis skills with stroke analysis, drills, and match play.  Tennis is a great way to stay in shape, make new friends, and have lots of FUN!
Participants should bring a snack, water, sunscreen, hat and sweatshirt.  Must bring own tennis racquet.

Track Camp for Kids (ages 5-up)

This summer provides the opportunity to learn, develop, and improve fundamentals in Track and Field.  Each camper will learn techniques in sprinting, throwing, jumping, hurdling and relays.  Track camp is a great opportunity to stay active, meet new friends, and enjoy the summer outdoors.  Events offered include:  hurdles, sprints, mid-distance running, long jump, triple jump, high jump, and shot put.  All campers will improve their skills.  The camp is held at the Hartnell College track.

Participants should bring workout gear, snack, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, sweatshirt and towel.

Football Fundamentals Camp (ages 9-14)

The football camp program offers limited-contact technique training and has been developed to enhance the skills of young athletes everywhere. Our coaches take every step possible to provide a setting where the sport is enjoyed and skills are improved. All instruction takes place on well-groomed fields, while each athlete is exposed to experienced coaching from college and high school level coaches and their staff. They want every athlete to improve!  All campers will have the opportunity to train each day, work hard, improve, and have fun. Each athlete is encouraged to develop new skills and achieve a new level of play and self-confidence. Campers cover all aspects of offense, defense and special teams to help develop their skills and enhance their interest in the game of football.

Swim Camp (ages 7–18)

Hartnell College looks forward to welcoming you to our new swim camp.Swimmers will improve their swim skills, meet new friends, learn new race strategies, develop their racing skills or just try out a new swimming experience. Our camp is dedicated to teaching swimmers about excellent stroke mechanics as well as being introduced to new training methods while still keeping fun in the sport.  Hartnell would like to help you become the best you can be!  Intermediate swim skills required.
