RUNNER NOTES: "Ramirez had a fine first year of running at Hartnell. A member of the Coast and Norcal champion teams and a two event Norcal qualifier in track, her confidence has grown. All that is left is for her to move into the top 10 and be All-Norcal like she knows she can be."
