1410 Policy Revisions Required by Law
Should a statute or California Code of Regulations
section of the State of California be added, repealed or amended,
or should a court decision be issued which affects any of the policies
of the Governing Board, or the Adminstrative Procedures of this
District, the policies and procedures shall be amended to comply.
The Governing Board shall be notified and act on these changes and their effect on the District.
