Unless specifically exempted by statute or regulation, every course, course section or class, shall be open to enrollment and participation by any student who has been admitted and meets the prerequisites, and/or co-requisites set by the College.
Hartnell Community College District shall provide access to its services, courses, and programs without regard in whole or in part, on the basis of ethnic group identification, national origin, religion, age, sex or gender, race, color ancestry, sexual orientation, or physical or mental disability, or on the basis of these perceived characteristics or based on association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristrics.
Priority registration procedures may be adopted by the College.
Hartnell Community College is not obligated to admit students to classes, courses or programs beyond the limitations imposed by physical facilities, availability of qualified instructors, funding limitations, and the constraints of regional planning.
