Board Policies

3005 Open Enrollment and Registration
Unless specifically exempted by statute or regulation, every course, course section or class, shall be open to enrollment and participation by any student who has been admitted and meets the prerequisites set by the College.

Hartnell Community College District shall provide access to its services, courses, and programs without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap, or sex.

Priority registration procedures may be adopted by the College.

Hartnell Community College is not obligated to admit students to classes, courses or programs beyond the limitations imposed by physical facilities, availability of qualified instructors, funding limitations, and the constraints of regional planning.
