Board Policies

3015 Non-Resident Tuition
Non-resident tuition shall be charged non-resident students as established annually by the Board of Trustees pursuant to section 76140, Education Code. The non-resident tuition will be published in the College catalog.

All non-resident students, both foreign and U.S. citizens, shall be subject to tuition and other required fees. Foreign exchange students concurrently enrolled at a district high school shall be exempt when enrolled for 6 or fewer units.

Refunds, if any, will be provided in accordance with Title 5, section 54070 and the procedures published in the College catalog and the schedule of classes.
