5115 Equal Employment Opportunity Program
The District shall maintain a written Equal Employment Opportunity Program which complies with all applicable federal, state, and Chancellor's Office Rules and Regulations. The Program shall contain the District's Procedure for Investigating Complaints of Unlawful Discrimination.

The District endorses and actively supports equal opportunity in employment for all persons in every aspect of personnel policy and practice.

An employee of the District, designated by the Superintendent/President and approved by the Governing Board, shall serve as Equal Opportunity Employment Officer and be responsible for implementation and enforcement of the District's equal employment opportunity program.
