In any negotiations under the Educational Employment Relations
Act (Government Code Sections 3540, et. seq.) the Superintendent/
President shall designate and direct the members and spokespersons
of the District's negotiations teams, and only those designated
individuals may represent the District in such negotiations.
The District's negotiations teams'spokespersons shall have authority
to enforce negotiations practices and procedures and to terminate
District participation in any negotiations session if any person
at a negotiations session acts in a manner inconsistent with laws,
rules, regulations, policies or lawfully established practices and
procedures.
The Superintendent/President shall annually inform the Board of
Trustees of the designated members and spokespersons of the District's
negotiations teams, and shall inform the Board of any changes in
any of the negotiations teams at the next Board meeting following
the change.
