The Hartnell College Office of Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOPS) provides support services to first generation, low income, under-represented college students; furthermore, the Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) program provides additional support services to EOPS single-parent students receiving public assistance and have at least one child under the age of 14. The EOPS/CARE staff advocates for students and is committed to helping them successfully achieve their educational goals.
EOPS has gone GREEN and will communicate ALL information to our students via email, text messaging and online.
Hartnell College has created a GMAIL account for every student on campus. All communication from the EOPS office will be sent to your student email. Go to hartnell.edu/email-instructions-students to learn how to access your student email account.
The EOPS student club is currently looking for students to join. EOPS club members are actively engaged in Student Life activities on campus. If anyone is interested in being part of a club, stop by the EOPS/CalWORKs office to sign up.
