The purpose of a biology laboratory is to give you experience with organisms and processes that are discussed in lecture. You will be given the opportunity to see how science is done and some of the tools that scientists use. The general biology lab covers a wide range of topics with something that each of you will find interesting. Observing processes and performing experiments is a fun way to learn the material introduced in lecture.
