All printing of class handouts or syllabi will be handled by Office Depot. Faculty need to participate in an online or in person training session to be issued a logon and the ability to order printed material for their classes. To sign up for Office Depot training, please contact Al Munoz, emunoz@hartnell.edu, 755-6752.
All print jobs must be submitted in electronic format. Office Depot can accept documents uploaded in the following formats:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Publisher
- Word Perfect
- Photoshop
- Pagemaker
- Illustrator
- EPS, TIFF, GIF, JPG, PNG
- Zip files
- Visio files
Hard copy documents may be scanned into electronic format using one of the scanners located in the Faculty Resource Center within the Hartnell Library or in CAB 101.
