*Note, you may only take the online SAP quiz twice; you must pass it with an 80% accuracy.

Satisfactory completion of the online SAP quiz is required if you want to Appeal your Financial Aid Disqualification.

Last day to Access the Online SAP quiz is Friday, May 25, 2012
Last day to submit a completed Financial Aid Appeals form is Wednesday, May 30, 2012 by 4 p.m.
