Cinquains (Quick Rain)

Softly,
summer, leaving,
scatters silver starlight
on days night will fill with starshine,
softly

Quick rain
falls from thunder
clouds fixed in a stormy
sky that fills with dancing lightning
flashes

Soon snow
softly falling
covers autumn flowers,
piles of leaves the wind was blowing
away
