This week's assignment involves conducting a bit of research, then posting your findings to a discussion board forum. Details may be found by clicking on the discussion board link for week 16 found in eCollege.

Have you browsed an e-book from the Hartnell College Library's electronic book collection (http://www.netlibrary.com/Search/AdvancedSearch.aspx )?
Have you downloaded books to your MP3 or I-Pod?
If you haven't had either of these experiences, use a search engine to find the Web site of a local radio station. Does the station offer a streaming music broadcast?
Visit the web site of a local television station. Does it offer streaming video?
Visit Pandora.com, http://pandora.com and create your own station. Try playing your customized Internet radio station within Pandora.com.

Experiment with one of the above suggestions. Then post a 250-300 word reflection on what you discovered, answering these questions:

Were you able to access the service?
What were the obstacles, if any?
Is this something that would be of use to you in the future?
What did you like best about media in this format?
What did you like least?
