Mailroom / Switchboard

Unless otherwise posted, hours are:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Closed daily from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m.


The Mailroom / Switchboard operates under Administrative Services and is located in Building B - Student Services, Room 115.

Functions include the Switchboard (the main telephone number to the College), distribution of interoffice mail, and the handling and preparation of U.S. mail ensuring U.S. Postal Service regulations are followed.  Posting of Overnight, Priority, Certified, Registered, and insured letters and packages are handled through the Mailroom for Faculty and Staff only.  Deliveries of reprographics orders are also distributed through the Mailroom.  Additional functions include:

  • Faculty and Staff mailboxes
  • Temporary parking passes
  • Lost & Found
  • Key requests
  • Fax machine for Faculty and Staff use
