Barbara Yesnosky, Hartnell College Controller, graduated on April 24, 2008, from the year-long program for chief business officers developed by the Association of Chief Business Officials of the California Community College System’s (ACBO) Training Institute.

During the program, Yesnosky met with legislators at the State House in Sacramento to urge their support for state education and studied apportionment, budget building, enrollment forecasting, audit functions, and cash management controls, among other topics. ACBO offers its members the opportunity to develop professionally, identify issues affecting community colleges, and share expertise.
