The Hartnell Community College Board of Trustees is announcing a new deadline of Friday, August

1, 2008 by 4 PM for submitting District 5 candidate applications.  The date has been extended due to

the placement of an erroneous District map on the College’s website that has caused confusion for

potential candidates.  

Applicants for the District 5 vacancy are urged to check the map and to confirm their eligibility with

the Monterey County Elections Department.  For an application and further information please go to
