Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas Awards Scholarships To 10 Hartnell College Students

Ten Hartnell College students have been awarded scholarships from the Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas, a medical facility which provides care to low-income families throughout the Salinas Valley.
Scholarships are for $375 to $1,500, depending on the number of units the students will be enrolled in for the 2003-04 academic year. Recipients are incoming Hartnell freshmen, continuing Hartnell students, or Hartnell students transferring to a four-year college or university.
The students, listed by their cities of residence, are:
Gonzales: Isela Cortina.
Greenfield: Christopher Gallegos
King City: Juanita Perez
Salinas: Guillermo Cordoba, Karen Huerta, Claudia Maravilla, Andres Martinez, Deborah San Paolo, and Karla Valenzuela.
Watsonville: Jose Magana
