We invite you to come celebrate with over 250 community and business leaders, recognizing the importance of a college education. The event includes the presentation of the Hartnell College Foundation Leadership Award to Susan Gill, an extraordinary community leader. Event highlights include a spectacular strolling dinner, an impressive live auction, fantastic wines and specialty martinis, and an after party lounge with music and dancing. Amazing decorations transform the Hartnell College Library into an exclusive venue.
What: Party In the Library brings together business and community leaders to support the Hartnell College Foundation.

Why: Volunteers for the Hartnell College Foundation are working tirelessly to support all the programs that help over 10,000 Hartnell College students succeed. These students—tomorrow’s leaders, more than half of whom are the first in their family to attend college, and 65% of which are currently living at or below the poverty level—need your generous support to reach their goals!
When: Saturday evening, April 28, 2012 ~ 5:30 -10:30 p.m.
Where: Hartnell College Library, 411 Central Avenue, Salinas California
How: Support the important work of the Hartnell College Foundation by sponsoring and attending the Party in the Library and participating in the live auction. Both sponsorship opportunities and individual tickets are available.
Background: The Hartnell College Foundation is an independent, nonprofit corporation organized by community-spirited citizens to support and benefit the Hartnell Community College District. The Foundation Board of Directors is made up of volunteers from business, industry, the professions, and community service.
