From throwing and catching to fielding and batting, each camper will gain advanced teaching with our smaller player-to-coach ratio. Learn the importance of tactical situations on both the offensive and defensive sides of the field along with conditioning and stretching.

This summer provides the opportunity to learn, develop, and improve fundamentals in Track and Field. Each camper will learn techniques in sprinting, throwing, jumping, hurdling and relays. Track camp is a great opportunity to stay active, meet new friends, and enjoy the summer outdoors. Events offered include: hurdles, sprints, mid-distance running, long jump, triple jump, high jump, and shot put. All campers will improve their skills. The camp is held at the Hartnell College track.

Football Fundamentals Camp (ages 9-14)
The football camp program offers limited-contact technique training and has been developed to enhance the skills of young athletes everywhere. Our coaches take every step possible to provide a setting where the sport is enjoyed and skills are improved. All instruction takes place on well-groomed fields, while each athlete is exposed to experienced coaching from college and high school level coaches and their staff. They want every athlete to improve! All campers will have the opportunity to train each day, work hard, improve, and have fun. Each athlete is encouraged to develop new skills and achieve a new level of play and self-confidence. Campers cover all aspects of offense, defense and special teams to help develop their skills and enhance their interest in the game of football.

Swim Camp (ages 7–18)
Hartnell College looks forward to welcoming you to our new swim camp.Swimmers will improve their swim skills, meet new friends, learn new race strategies, develop their racing skills or just try out a new swimming experience. Our camp is dedicated to teaching swimmers about excellent stroke mechanics as well as being introduced to new training methods while still keeping fun in the sport. Hartnell would like to help you become the best you can be! Intermediate swim skills required.
