Join us for full two days of training and demonstration
in prominent Monterey County wine cellars.
This will be an opportunity to gain experience inside
the wine cellar for those interested in employment in the
industry. First day’s class will be held at:

Wine Cellar Technology Behind the Scenes
For those interested in wines and the wine making process,
this will be a very unique treat. Participants will experience
two days of "hands on", up close and personal sessions inside
two of the Central Coasts leading wineries. You will hear from the
experts and see how the equipment and processes function.
Includes a bottle or barrel tasting session each day.
Each participant will receive a certificate and bottle of wine at the
conclusion of the class.
Wineries featured are Constellation
Wines in Gonzales and Estancia Estates near Soledad.
Must be at least 21 years of age to register.
