Dr. Moth obtained her undergraduate degree in Astrophysics at the University of
California at Berkeley. She continued her education and obtained her Masters
and
Docterate degrees in Astronomy at the University of Florida. She was a teaching
assistant and researcher at the University of Florida for several years before
joining us
at Hartnell. Her dissertation research involved studying the formation and
evolution of
galaxies in the Hubble Deep Fields North and South. Her non-professional
interests
include reading great literature, creative writing, oil painting, and traveling
all over the
world.
