2004 Spring Conference - Registration

Registration Information

1st Annual Golf Tournament
Pre-Registration  $125.00

CONFERENCE
Pre-Registration  Members:$165.00  Non-Members:$185.00
On-Site Registration  Members:$200.00  Non-Members:$225.00
1-day Registration  Members:$120.00  Non-Members:$150.00

(Travel Grant Recipients and Students may qualify for reduced prices, click online or mail-in registration below for more information.)


Pre-Registration prices are valid until Friday, Feb. 20 after which prices will increase to the following:

3-day conference $ 200 (members); $ 225 (non-members)
3-day conference & Golf Tournament $ 335 (members) $ 370 (non-members)
1-day conference $ 150 (members); $ 180 (non-members)
1-day conference & Golf Tournament $ 285 (members); $ 325 (non-members)


Registration Costs for the 3-day Conference includes: Thursday Luncheon with Keynote Speaker; Friday Breakfast & Reception; Saturday Breakfast & Luncheon with Closing Speaker.

Registration Costs for the 1st Annual CCIE Scholarship Golf Tournament includes golf entrance fees, cart, and a $30.00 donation to the CCIE Student Scholarship Fund.


Registration Procedure



Cancellations

The conference registration fee includes a non-refundable $65.00 processing fee. Only if the event is cancelled by CCIE will the full amount be refunded. Refund requests must be in writing and received by March 1, 2004. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2004. CCIE is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other vendors.
