Instructions for the Online Interpreting/CART Request Form:
1) Type in all information
2) Click "Submit"
3) Select "Internet Email"
4) Enter the current date as the "Name" of the form
5) Save the form
6) Login to your personal Email account
7) Start a new Email
8) Click to Add an Attachment
9) Browse for and select the saved Request Form
10) Send Email with attachment to HCInterpreting@gmail.com
