NEW EOPS STUDENTS
CONGRATULATIONS!
Once you have received news from the EOPS/CARE office that you are eligible for EOPS/CARE, you can complete the next two steps online!
EOPS ORIENTATION
- Complete the EOPS Orientation here> EOPS Orientation
View the EOPS Orientation, then print and complete the Quiz and Contract.
- Take the Orientation Quiz , return the completed Quiz to the EOPS Office.
- Review and complete the EOPS Contract.
Print a copy of the EOPS Student Contract by clicking here> EOPS Contract
Return the signed EOPS Contract to the EOPS Office.
Be sure to take both the completed Orientation Quiz and the completed EOPS Contract to the EOPS office. At this point you can schedule an appointment with an EOPS/ CARE counselor to complete your first contact. During your first contact you will complete, review and discuss a four semester Educational Plan with your EOPS counselor .
