Electronic Assessments Tools

Identify the data needs of the college concerning SLO’s.  We will look at existing software programs or, in conjunction with software companies the development of a specific program to meet our needs that will interface with existing Governet modules that the college owns and DATATEL.   The SLO’s already developed in ENG 253 and ESL 155 will be used as a pilot project.  Each of these courses have written their course level SLO’s and now need to implement the assessment and data gathering process.

Goal:

Expected Outcomes

· We will have a system that will store, track and provide the analytical capabilities to evaluate the SLO’s.

· Evaluation data indicates participating student retention at 60%

· Student learning outcomes for 5% of all courses will be completed and data concerning the SLO’s will be evaluated
