A handbook for practitioners and administrators
This handbook is intended as a reference for key stakeholders regarding the realities of, and strategies for, student retention. It is our hope that it will serve as a compass for those charged with the complex task of improving retention at their campus.
This report reflects ACT’s three-decade commitment to assist colleges and universities to better understand the impact of campus practices on college student retention and degree completion. During that time ACT has conducted many research projects that demonstrate that commitment. |
