The Western Stage 2006 Auditions Continue!

Calling all actors, singers, and dancers! The Western Stage, Salinas’ Public Theatre, is holding auditions March 4 & 5 and March 11 & 12 for The Time of Your Life, Meet Me in St. Louis, Shakespeare in Hollywood, The Real Thing, Big River, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Inherit the Wind, and Oliver!. All roles open. Non-traditional casting. Stipends Available. Auditions will be held in the Performing Arts Building, Hartnell College. The Western Stage (TWS) launches into its fourth decade in 2006 with another spirited season of plays and musicals, and we are looking for talented actors, singers, and dancers of all skill levels. The second round of auditions will be held March 4 & 5 and March 11 & 12 in the Performing Arts Building at Hartnell College. All skill and experience levels are encouraged to audition.

This second round of auditions will focus on the mainstage musicals. Performers will be auditioning for Meet Me in St. Louis, Big River, and Oliver!. Auditions will continue for roles in The Time of Your Life, Shakespeare in Hollywood, The Real Thing, and Inherit the Wind. All roles are still open, and there is plenty of opportunity for non-traditional casting in these plays.
