six-year history that a community college takes the win.
Hartnell students Luis Lopez, Steven Mendenhall, Jaida Johnson, and Anthony Miranda,
impressed the judges with their design and professionalism.

On Sunday, December 8, 2013, Hartnell’s Men Soccer team made history by becoming this year’s
Mt. San Antonio College 1-0. The entire Hartnell team is comprised of young men from our local
California Community College Athletics Association’s (CCCAA) State Champions, after beating
communities; their accomplishment creates a sense of tremendous pride for Hartnell College,
their families, and their communities.  In the Nation, the team took the second place.
