Do you need help with applying for Financial Aid? 

Submission Labs for FAFSA/CADAA

We are here to help! The Financial Aid Office hosts FAFSA and DREAM Act Submission Labs (English) and Taller para solicitudes de FAFSA y Dream Act (Spanish) to assist you in submitting your financial aid application.  See below for details.

Salinas Main Campus: Every Monday 5/20 - 12/12 (Except holidays) in Building B, Room 110

• Summer 2024 (5/20/24-8/5/24) Money Monday Lab Hours will  be 2:30 PM-4:00 PM
• Fall 2024 (8/12/24-12/14/24) Money Monday Lab Hours will be 3:00 PM-4:30 PM

Alisal Campus: June 6, July 15, August 19, September 9, October 7, November 4, and December 6 at 3:30 - 5:00 PM in Room C205

Soledad Education Center: June 4, June 18, July 2, July 16, July 30, August 13, September 3, September 17, October 1, October 15, October 29, November 12, and December 10 from 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM, Room 110

King City Education Center: June 4, July 9, August 6, September 10, October 8, November 5 and December 10 from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM in Room 109

Email Financial Aid Send email to: finaid@hartnell.edu You may send questions and obtain file status via email communication to the financial aid office; please include the following in your email communication.   Your first and last name Your Hartnell student ID #  If you are not a current Hartnell College student or email us from a personal email account, due to FERPA we will only be able to answer general questions.   Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.

Other Options   General questions may also be answered through the options below.   Hartnell Chatbot, available 24/7 Calling 831-755-6806 during office hours Due to FERPA, only general questions will be answered through the methods.
