Graduation Deadlines
Students who wish to earn a Certificate of Achievement or Associate Degree must submit a Petition to Graduate to the Admissions & Records Office by the established deadlines. Students are encouraged to submit a petition once they have completed a minimum of 30.0 semester units of coursework. Students should make an appointment to see their counselor at least one semester before petitioning to graduate.
Transfer transcripts from other institutions must also be on file in the Admissions & Records Office by these dates below. No evaluation will be completed or certificate/degree will be released until all financial obligations to the District have been met.
You may request a duplicate diploma or certificate of acheivement by submitting the Duplicate Diploma Request form. A charge of $20.00 per Diploma/Certificate must be paid prior to the diploma/certificate being produced.
