The policies adopted by the Governing Board for this District have been written to be consistent with the provisions of law, but do not encompass all laws relating to the District's activities. All District employees will be expected to know of, and will be held responsible for observing, all provisions of law pertinent to their activities as District Employees.

Copies of all adopted Governing Board policies will be made readily accessible to all District employees through the Superintendent/President.
