It is the policy of Hartnell College to recruit International Students from foreign countries and encourage their enrollment. International Students at Hartnell College make a significant contribution to the education of all students.

Admission and enrollment procedures regarding International Student applicants shall be maintained pursuant to Title 5, Sections 54000-54072, Education Code Sections 76000 and 76141-76142. These procedures are located in the Center for International Intercultural Education.
