3115 Hazing
Hartnell College prohibits any activities of student clubs or organizations
that incorporate "hazing." "Hazing," as defined
in the California Education Code Section 32050, is an activity likely
to cause or causing "bodily danger, physical harm, or personal
degradation or disgrace resulting in physical or mental harm to any
student." Students engaging in such activities are subject to
legal sanction.Reference:
