The Governing Board recognizes the importance of providing child development services to the Hartnell College students and the greater community to assist students and parents of enrolled children in understanding the growth and development of young children, provide the community with a model program, and provide young children with a comprehensive preschool education.

Procedures are located in the Office of the Vice President of Instruction.
