4110 Certificate of Achievement
The Governing Board will issue a Certificate of Achievement to any student
who has completed successfully any course of study or curriculum for
which such a certificate is offered. Certificate programs will normally
be designed to upgrade and develop occupational/vocational proficiency
and contain less than the number of units required for the Associate
Degree. Standards of instruction in Certificate programs will be the
same as all other instructional programs. The Curriculum Committee
will review certificates and their requirements. The procedures and
requirements for obtaining a certificate will be published in the
College catalog.
