2340 Smoking/Use of Tobacco Policy
It shall be the policy of Hartnell College to ban the use of tobacco within buildings on the campus. The only exceptions to this policy are the use of tobacco required in any Western Stage Production or its use in a scientific experiment supervised by a science faculty member.
