The Program Staff
Hartnell College employs a professional, well-educated, and experienced staff for the campus Child Development Centers including:
Student Teachers and Teacher Interns are part of our teaching team while continuing their education. An ECE faculty member supervises the Students Teachers. Additionally, the CDC staff have access to the expertise of the ECE faculty as part of its resource staff.
Our Child Development Centers maintain a teacher to child ratio of 1 to 24 and an adult to child ratio of 1 to 8. Student Workers and Parent Volunteers provide additional support to our program.
