The Hartnell College Classified Senate shall actively contribute to the positive growth and success of the College, in the spirit of partnership and team effort. You, as a classified employee, are very valuable to the growth and climate of Hartnell College. Your input is consistently needed and very important. Right now the College needs you to participate in three area of growth and development that are critical to the college. These areas are:

• A Code of Ethics that we will all be held to
• The Re-Organization Plan for the College's future.
• The restructuring plan of Shared Governance
