Attached you will find several spreadsheets to assist you in preparing for your first Division meeting at convocation and the work needed to refine the course management for your area. This work will assist the Curriculum Committee in efficiently targeting critical committee action during the fall semester.

The "courses last taught" spreadsheet is a good tool for the you to use for inactiving courses in your division/department. You can easily use this grid to help prepare the inactive course proposal sheet for curriculum. Here is the form needed to prepare a cover sheet.

The "courses but no sections" spreadsheet is coupled with your research in the Program and Course Approval Handbook. Use this to insure that your courses have been approved or not from the Chancellor's Office, and take the time to read the manual carefully. You may also view Hartnell's course approval list.
