Reasonable Accommodations Review
Instructions to download forms:
- Click on the link above to the document you wish to download.
- The document will open in your browser as a Word document.
- Save the document to your own hard drive:
- At the File drop down menu, choose "Save as."
- In the Save As dialog box, use "Save in" at the top of the box to determine which folder you wish to save the document.
- With the correct location showing in the "Save in" box, type in a name for your document (or use the name as it appears) in the "File name" box. Click Save.
- At the File drop down menu, choose "Save as."
- Complete the application or form. The documents were created as forms and will only allow you to complete designated areas. Use the tab key to move from area to area.
- Save changes. (Use Save As, on the File drop-down menu, if you also wish to keep the original blank form on your hard drive for future use. If so, you'll need to give the completed form a different name.)
- Print completed document. If applicable, route for required signatures. If no signature is required on the document, such as the Trustee's Grant Application, you have the option of sending it to Patty McEfee, at pmcefee@hartnell.edu, as an e-mail attachment.
