The FRC is an open lab available to all Faculty and Staff. The purpose of the Faculty Resource Center (FRC) is to provide Hartnell faculty and staff with a variety of technology resources. The Center also offers a multitude of technology training and support and is staffed with one fulltime instructional technologist

Keeping pace with changes in technology and academia are important considerations for the Center. As technology advances the FRC will continue to introduce instructional technologies to the faculty and staff. The FRC staff develops and offers a series of courses throughout the semester for staff and faculty. In addition to those scheduled trainings, training is available by appointment for one-on-one consultations in the FRC. Training ranges from the use of software and hardware to email and instructional methodology.

The FRC is happy to provide assistance with project goals and offering problem solving solutions. Requests for special trainings specific to department needs are welcome.
