Mark and Vivian Duran Scholarship Fund Craig Ramos, the nephew of Marcos and Vivian Duran, and his wife, Susan, present a gift from the estate of his aunt and uncle to Hartnell College Superintendent/President Dr. Phoebe K. Helm at a ceremony at the college on August 8, 2008. The gift of $140,000 establishes the Mark and Vivian Duran Scholarship Fund for students from Salinas Valley High Schools. Barrels Bottle and Books - Party in the Library 2008 The Hartnell College Foundation honored David Gill with the Hartnell College Foundation Leadership Award on April 19, 2008, at its second annual Party in the Library: Barrels, Bottles & Books. The gala event, co-chaired by Karen Fanoe and Kathy Moser, raised more than $80,000 to support the work of the Foundation.
