
The Associated General Contractors of California presented the Hartnell College Foundation a check for $10,000 on December 6 to help it launch the college’s new program in Construction Technology. On hand for the presentation at Hartnell were (left to right): Mike Thomas, program developer for the President’s Construction Technology Task Force; John Bosio, chair of the Task Force; Catherine Escobar, a Hartnell alumna and member of the Monterey District Board of Directors of AGC; Sabrina Watts, AGC’s director of workforce development; Philip Varni from AGC’s Concord office; Hartnell College interim superintendent/president Phoebe Helm; and Aaron Johnson, vice president, Hartnell College Foundation.
