Online courses are delivered to students in an interactive format via the Internet.
Students read lessons, complete assignments, and ask questions in the convenience
of their home or office. The courses strongly appeal to students who find it
inconvenient or impossible to participate in a traditional classroom setting
due to work commitments, child care responsibilities, distance from campus,
physical disabilities, or difficulties in securing adequate transportation.
Our online computer courses are available three times throughout the semester.
The dates are:
June 18- July 25, 2008
July 16-August 22, 2008
August 20-September 26 , 2008
After payment has been received, you may go through the orientation which gives you a detailed look at your class, our services, and your very own password.
Twelve sets of written lecture notes are accessed by students twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays for six weeks. The notes are supplemented by interactive multimedia content to be delivered via the World Wide Web.
Minimum Prerequisites: Internet access, browser, and e-mail address.
Additional prerequisites may be listed for individual classes.
