Microbial Drinking Water Quality Certificate Program
Introduction
Hartnell College offers supplemental specialized training courses designed to comply with basic training requirements in
Drinking Water Treatment and Drinking Water Distribution Certification Programs. This course discusses drinking water
quality, as related to waterborne microbiological, phenomena. A significant portion of subject matter covered is directed
toward health aspects of microbial water quality, and related to regulations and drinking water treatment. This course
can serve as a "supplemental specialized training course" or Contact Hours for both Water Distribution and Water
Treatment Certification Examinations.
