Priority Registration for EOPS/CARE students is on Friday, October 31, 2008. If you participate in this, it can count as a third contact for the Fall 2008 semester.

EOPS/CARE APPLICATION
By completing this application you may be eligible to receive EOPS/CARE services. EOPS/CARE applications are accepted every semester (Fall, Spring and Summer). You may download the application, complete it and then take it to the EOPS/CARE office.

MIDTERM PROGRESS REPORT
You may download the Progress Report form to have all your instructors evaluate your academic progress. This form needs to be submitted to the EOP/CARE office BY NOVEMBER 12, 2008 . DO NOT WAIT TO SUBMIT IT, IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS, PLEASE COME BY OR CALL THE OFFICE!
