Student conduct, on all campuses of Hartnell College, is governed by board approved policies and procedures that allow for freedom of expression while respecting the rights of others. A student enrolled in Hartnell College assumes an obligation to act in a manner compatible with the College’s mission, vision and values. These regulations apply on campus and at all College-sponsored activities or at activities sponsored by College clubs or organizations off campus. Standards of student conduct are outlined in Hartnell College board policy (BP 5500) and administrative procedure (AP 5500). Students shall be subject to College discipline per administrative procedure (AP 5520) for any misconduct that occurs on any campus or off-campus facility or college-approved sponsored event.
